Is there a dress code for the airport? No! But there’s comfort!
It is the word that governs any flight, from the shortest to the longest. I’m tired of seeing many airports suffering from having chosen the wrong look or especially the wrong shoe to catch that 10 hour flight. Imagine a 24-hour trip to Japan then?
The airplane asks for light looks, to protect it from the cold (always remember that inside the plane is cold) and to keep it comfortable even in the first class chair. Nothing more inspiring that the famous.
If the look is comfortable the shoe should be even more. Airports are usually gigantic, are places where you will walk a lot to the boarding room, will carry suitcases and so on. Nothing better than a very comfortable shoe for the trip. I usually bet on tennis, which in addition to comfy is super warm.
The master tip is: You have to find the balance between being comfortable and being a street style goddess. It’s not easy, but no one better than Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid to give us a comfort lesson and aerolooks.
